SECRET ISLAND VACATION, BELIZE

Join Influencer, Ssshh! Please note:: The boat to the private island is shared and leaves only once per day Placencia. All honorees and attending guests are strongly encouraged to arrive in Placencia Belize by 12 pm. It returns from the island in the morning, depending on the guests' flight times on that day. Therefore, your international flight should not arrive later than noon in Belize City and don’t depart earlier than noon to have enough time for all transfers. 

Air Travel Recommendations

Airfare is not included in any vacation packages. All guests will need to book their own airlight travel for this vacation. 

We encourage all guest to arrive in Placencia Belize and book a hotel in the city on Thursday, November 6th, 2025 to ensure timely arrival for the boat departure to the Secret Private Island on the next day November 7th, 2025.

We encourage all guest to book the departure airflights leaving Belize after 6PM on Monday, November 10th, 2025 to participate in send off lunch with gift bags at 12 PM.

Any guest arriving differently from the arrival and departure dates, will need to pay additional  for a boat charter    US$500.00 one way for 1-2  People ) 

Guests can also arrange all domestic charter flights from Belize Int. Airport to Placencia which is currently USD 290.00 per person (round trip). Price subject to change 

IG Phillips Global & Associates has made it affordable with 9 payments from each guests or pay in one lump sum to book your accommodations. There's much to do and see on this private island with our group of turn up guests or just catch you some rest and relaxation with your loved one on this once in a lifetime secluded island. 

Cancellations. 

The honored Influencer shall not cancel. The Influencer whom is being honored at the YouTooBe Streets Awards 2025 hereby agrees not to cancel the attendance duties during the scheduled dates for any reason excluding, illness (with proof), death, or accident, or other causes beyond the Artist control. The schedule is not at the sole discretion of the Host for the event date of Sunday,November 9, 2025. 

All Secret Island honorees and guests must submit a valid passport , non-disclosure, and vacation package agreement to travel to the Secret Island, Belize. We encourage all guest with nutritional considerations fill out a form to  be submited to the secret island chef for meal preparations. All of these forms can be found at the bottom of this page for download. All documents muct be submitted by email to :

All Secret Island guests will be provided confirmation by email after their booking for vacation accommodations, travel  regulations, cancellation policy,  and instructions for seamless  transportation navigation  to and from Belize mainland to the private island.. 

REQUIRED DEPOSITS

A required minimum of 30% DEPOSITS of any vacation package will be accepted from November 15th 2024 through August 1st 2025. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

If booking is cancelled prior to May 30th, 2025, a  75% refund (less 25% administration & pricing fee) will be granted. 

If booking is cancelled prior to July 30th, 2025., a 50% refund (less 50% administration & pricing fee) will be granted. There will be no refunds granted after July 30th, 2025 due to the island rental agreement and stipulations placed on IG Phillips Global & Associates Inc..

TRANSFERABLE RESERVATION BOOKING

A guest can transfer their secret island vacation reservation booking  to another guest  in their place by September 1st 2025 by emailing bigfish@igphillipsglobal.com with the new guest's name, contact information , and passport for proper registration of non-disclosure and vacation package agreement.

Guests are not required to participate with the itinerary during their stay on the Secret Island Vacation. This is YOUR paradise oasis getaway! We look forward to hosting you.
